Garima Kapoor

Garima Sachdev Kapoor is a Dubai-based writer, entrepreneur and educationist whose work spans writing, education, hospitality, brand strategy and social impact. She is the author of Equanimity: Where My Soul Rests, a collection of poetry, and co-creator and writer of The Ghäf & Wāḥa, an independent UAE-focused publication exploring culture, heritage, parenting, mental health and everyday life. Her poetry features in more than 30 anthologies and collaborative collections, and she writes for the Manchester Post, Stockport Post, Poetry for Mental Health and Haus-a-Rest. She also writes on pet health and nutrition, bringing together research, practical information and her long-standing interest in animal wellbeing. Her writing draws from observation, lived experience and the questions that often sit beneath ordinary life.
