What goes into our meals

Clean, purposeful ingredients, selected for both taste and function:

• Lean proteins such as chicken, turkey, and beef
• Nutrient-rich organ meats, used in carefully balanced portions
• Fresh fish including salmon and tuna
• Whole grains such as brown rice, oats, and quinoa
• Eggs, responsibly sourced and used in moderation
• A range of vegetables including carrots, greens, and cruciferous vegetables
• Leafy greens for fiber and micronutrients
• Sweet potatoes and other easily digestible carbohydrates
• Natural fats and additions such as peanut butter and dairy, in controlled quantities
• Select fruits such as apples, pears, and bananas, used thoughtfully

What we leave out

Equally important is what we choose not to include.

We avoid ingredients that may be harmful or difficult to digest, such as onions, grapes, and unnecessary additives. Every ingredient is selected with care, with both safety and long-term health in mind.
